This Privacy Policy explains, in simple terms, what personal information FOULIDIS may use when you visit pfoulidis.com, create an account, contact us or place an order.
Information we may collect
Depending on how you use the website, we may receive your name, contact details, account details, billing information, order details, messages sent to support and technical information needed for security and website operation.
For physical-product orders, we may also use the delivery information needed to send your order.
How we use your information
- To process orders and payments.
- To deliver physical products.
- To operate customer accounts and provide support.
- To protect the website and prevent fraud or misuse.
- To meet legal, tax or accounting obligations.
- To send newsletters where the required consent has been given.
Payments
Payments may be processed by providers such as Stripe. FOULIDIS does not store full card numbers or CVC codes on its own servers.
Service providers
We may share only the information that is necessary with providers that help us operate the store, such as hosting, payment, email and security providers. This can also include delivery providers used for your order. When BOX NOW is active, it is our delivery provider for physical clothing orders, so the information needed to arrange and notify you about that delivery may be shared with BOX NOW.
We do not sell personal information.
Newsletter
Newsletter sign-up is optional and separate from making a purchase or creating an account. You can unsubscribe using the link included in newsletter emails.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the reason it was collected and for any period required by legal, tax, accounting or security obligations.
Your rights
Depending on the applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your personal information, or ask for data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent.
For a privacy request, contact support@pfoulidis.com.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
